CLE Presentation on Pending Legislation
Patrick Bonnet of the Missouri Municipal League gave an excellent presentation on a number of new bills that will have great importance to local governments, particularly in regards to taxation. He also informed the group about pending sales tax litigation.

CLE Sunshine Law
Brett Berri gave a very informative discussion about the sunshine law and its impact on local governments. A number of intriguing questions were raised and addressed.
