Minutes for Health & Hospital Law Committee Meeting
May 9, 2008
Chair: Robert Schwendinger
 

The Chairman, Robert Schwendinger, called the meeting to order and stated that we had an excellent set of presenters on the topic of Health Care Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A is a list of the 36 attendees.  The meeting proceeded in accordance with the Notice and Agenda attached as Schedule B.  The Chairman introduced George Fitzsimmons, Kathryn Wire and Kathleen Bird who successfully gave presentations and participated in a panel discussion which concluded at approximately noon.  Attached as Schedule C is a copy of Ms. Bird's powerpoint presentations.  Attendees were encouraged to complete their program evaluation form and return it to the Bar Association.

There being no other matters to come before the meeting it was adjourned.
