Conference Refund Policy

A full refund will be given if you cancel by 5:00 p.m., May 28, 2009.

Those canceling between May 29 and June 8, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. will receive a refund of the registration fee minus $55 for course materials, which are sent in advance by email; the course materials selected on your registration will be mailed to you.

NO REFUND will be given for cancellations made after 5:00 p.m., June 8, 2009; the course materials selected on your registration will be mailed to you in consideration of tuition paid.

All cancellations must be in writing. If you can't attend, a colleague may attend in your place if s/he could have registered at the same price.
