Registrants must arrange for hotel accommodations directly with Tan-Tar-A by calling 1-800-826-8272.  Or, you may reserve your room on-line www.tan-tar-a.com by using the code SOSF. Be sure to register as a Solo and Small Firm Conference attendee to get the conference rate. 

The negotiated conference rates are:

*GUARANTEED RESORT COMPLEX ROOMS AND SUITES:
$128.00 per night plus state and local taxes
One Bedroom Suite $218.00 per night plus taxes
Two Bedroom Suite $327.00 per night plus taxes

*Resort complex rooms are located in a series of building locations that are situated near the conference activities, marina, lobby, and most recreational opportunities.  (Buildings A, B, C, D. E, or F Complex)

**ESTATES COMPLEX ROOMS AND SUITES:
$89.00 per night plus state and local taxes
One Bedroom Suite $218.00 per night plus taxes
Two Bedroom Suite $307 per night plus taxes

**Estate rooms are located in a neighborhood-like setting on the resort, but will require you to take a complimentary shuttle or drive a short distance to the main resort complex where the conference is being held.

An open block of rooms at hotels located nearby Tan-Tar-A Resort are available as long as they have rooms available. Be sure to mention that you’re attending The Missouri Bar Solo and Small Firm Conference to get the negotiated rate.

Dogwood Hills Resort: $79.96 plus taxes for Thursday night, June 11, 2009, and $91.16 plus taxes for Friday night, June 12, 2009. The rate is for 1-2 people per room.

Inn at Grand Glaize: $89.00 per night single or double occupancy plus taxes.

Sleep Inn and Suites: $187.78 for a standard room inclusive of all taxes for a two night stay; $215.96 for a suite inclusive of all taxes for a two night stay.

Child Care at Tan-Tar-A

Tan-Tar-A offers big fun for little guests. Tan-Tar-A's Kids Kabin offers fun-filled activities for kids 4-12 years old while their parents attend meetings during the day. Special arrangements have been made to start the Kids Kabin at 8:30 a.m. daily during the Solo and Small Firm Conference.

Tan-Tar-A's Dinner Club provides kids with a meal and supervised activities while their parents are at a business function or having a quiet dinner. They also offer individual in-room and group babysitting services.

From St. Louis
Interstate 70 West to Kingdom City, Highway 54 west through Osage Beach to State Road KK, north (right) 3 miles to Tan-Tar-A entrance. (2 1/2 hours) or

Interstate 44 West to Waynesville, Highway 17 north to Iberia, Highway 42 west to Highway 54 west (left) through Osage Beach to State Road KK, north (right) 3 miles to Tan-Tar-A entrance.

From Kansas City
From Kansas City, take Interstate 70 east to Boonville exit on Highway 5 to Versailles, southeast to Eldon on Highway 52, west on Highway 54 through Osage Beach to State Road KK, north (right) 3 miles to Tan-Tar-A entrance. (3 1/2 hours) or

Highway 50 to Tipton, south on Highway 5 to Highway 52, east to Eldon, west on Highway 54 through Osage Beach to State Road KK, north (right) 3 miles to Tan-Tar-A entrance or

Interstate 70 to Route 5 south to Camdenton, east (left) on Highway 54 ten miles to State Road KK, north (left) 3 miles to Tan-Tar-A entrance or

Interstate 70 East to Highway 65 South to Highway 54 East (at Preston) to Osage Beach. At the stoplight for State Road KK and Highway 54, turn left. Tan-Tar-A will be 2 miles on the left.

From Springfield
