Notice for Lawyers Seeking MCLE Credit in Kansas:
 If you register to receive course materials on CD, the Kansas CLE Commission requires you to bring a laptop to view the materials during your sessions.  However, if you choose not to bring a laptop you may download and print the materials from a web link that will be provided prior to the conference.  You must bring those printed materials with you to the conference.  If you purchase the printed materials with your registration, you are only required to have the materials with you when you attend the program.

 

CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY:

n     A full refund will be given if you cancel by 5:00 p.m., May 29, 2008.

n     Those canceling between May 30 and June 9, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. will receive a refund of the registration fee minus $55 for course materials, which are sent in advance by email; the course materials selected on your registration will be mailed to you.

n     A refund totaling $55 will be given for cancellations made after 5:00 p.m., June 9, 2008; the course materials selected on your registration will be mailed to you in consideration of tuition paid.

n     If you can't attend, a colleague may attend in your place if s/he could have registered at the same price.
