“Views from the Path to and On the Bench”

Please mark your calendars and come join us on November 20, 2009 to hear a seminar presentation by the three newest appointed judges from the Western District Court of Appeals—Judge Mark Pfeiffer, Judge Karen King Mitchell and Judge Cindy Reams Martin. These three will answer questions and provide comments and insight from their different paths to the court and their views from the bench. Tom Weaver will serve as the moderator.

At 10:00 we will convene and meet the members from these three committees—bring your business cards as networking and referrals are an important part of combining these committees. We will also ask who is interested in serving on the subcommittees of each committee and also see who is interested in serving as vice-chairs of each committee. We will devote a few minutes to general description of these committees and see what is of interest to each of you for the coming year.

At 10:30 until noon we will hear from our distinguished panel and entertain questions. This is your opportunity to meet and talk with the three newest appellate judges in our state—and obtain 1.8 hours of CLE credit for free.
